Accessibility statement
Reviewed September 8, 2026. A full record of how this website and residential service enquiries are handled.

Commitment
Clifton Allan Exteriors wants homeowners, family members and advisers to access our digital information and service communication regardless of disability, device or assistive technology.
Design measures
The site uses semantic headings, labeled form fields, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus behavior, descriptive image alternatives, responsive layouts, text rather than image-only instructions and restrained motion.
Conformance goal
We aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark. Conformance is an ongoing process, especially as content, browsers and assistive technologies change.
Known limitations
AI-assisted editorial photography may not communicate every construction detail; alternative text provides purpose but cannot replace a property-specific explanation. The demonstration visit form saves locally and does not transmit; email and telephone alternatives are provided.
Communication accommodations
You may request information in a more accessible format or ask for communication by email or telephone. For a home visit, tell us about mobility, hearing, vision, sensory or scheduling accommodations that would support participation.
Third-party content
Email, telephone, map, document or manufacturer services may have separate accessibility practices. We select and review resources where practical but cannot control every external platform.
Feedback process
Report a barrier to [email protected] with the page, task, device or assistive technology and preferred reply method. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
Assessment and improvement
We combine automated checks, keyboard review and representative browser testing. Material issues are prioritized by severity and impact on completing essential tasks.
